Spent my Christmas holidays in a hotel with the most stunning view ever! the hot springs pool was one of the best highlights of this place. the staff was super friendly.
The downside of staying in this hotel was the location, as it was slightly inconvenient to head out at night since there were no nearby facilities. the food was limited to a set menu, and there were not many options compared to other places I've been to.

We stayed at this hotel and were delighted with its exclusive amenities. the spa centre was luxurious, with hot spring baths and outdoor onsen pools boasting stunning views of the surrounding greenery. the restaurant offered a delicious range of regional produce, whilst the bar provided a perfect spot to relax in the evenings. The staff were attentive and the shuttle bus service was an added bonus for exploring the local area. Cons: Only one minor issue sprung to mind - there were no drink menus outside by the pool, meaning we had to enter the building wet to order drinks from the bar.

We had an amazing stay with a breathtaking view of the sea from the hotel's location on a hill. the spacious room, impeccable service, and delicious breakfast made our stay extremely comfortable. We loved the infinity onsen pools, and the shuttle bus was very convenient for exploring the nearby area.
The hotel could have paid more attention to small details like providing drink menus by the pool or drying the pool pillows.

Large clean room with a spectacular view of the beach and hotels below. Free shuttle to amusement park. Japanese style spa on-site.
The location is not ideal, especially if you plan to go out at night. Public transportation is not convenient.

The view from our room at Infinito Hotel And Spa was absolutely breathtaking. We could see the Kii Channel and the Pacific Ocean, making every moment in the room memorable. The spaciousness and cleanliness of the room added to our comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast was quite good, with a variety of options to choose from. The shuttle bus service provided by the hotel was a convenient way to explore Shirahama without any hassle. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
